As a behavioral change specialist, I'm aware of how difficult it is to establish new habits of thought and action. We all have great intentions -- the key is to implement them.
So we're using technology to remind you to practice gratitude on a daily basis. When you sign up below, you'll receive an email reminder every day for 30 days to write down what you're grateful for. There's nothing to buy, and it will take you less than 2 minutes a day.
